The staff's friendliness shone through during breakfast. they even offered to bring waffles to our room when we opted out of waiting in line. However, one experience stood out negatively, where a rude owner refused to acknowledge a service animal, which was quite distressing. This lack of proper pet etiquette overshadowed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of our stay.
